Christmas Times a Comin'

Finally.....Noah's every wish has come true...

Today when he came home from school, Noah got an early Christmas gift. It just so happens that this is the only thing he has been asking for for over 7 months so he was super excited to see them in our living room!

Merry Christmas my little drummer boy!!!

Noah's Christmas Pageant

Last Wednesday Noah's preschool had their Christmas program. It was very cute...all centered around the upcoming birth of Jesus. Noah's class were reindeers and sang several songs, including J-E-S-U-S ( to the tune of "Bingo").

When life gives you toys...

make drums!!

If you look closely, you will see that Noah has made drums out of his toys. There are even a few old pots placed on the toys to help with the sound and the basketball hoop is the cymbal. Won't Noah be surprised to see what early Christmas present will be here on Friday!! Can you guess what it might be??

My Speed Racer...

Noah is REALLY good at racing cars and motorcycles on our Playstation 2. He likes to do the freestyle part where you can do tricks and turns (although he is good at the actual racing part too). It is a good little treat when I need 10 minutes to get something done!

My Little Reindeer...

Okay so I know it is a moose but just humor me...

Ho Ho Ho!

Allen and Noah helped put up some fun Christmas trees in our yard...

Happy Birthday Nonna!!

Nonna Had a birthday this week and we got to celebrate with her. Noah gave her a HUGE Kiss... She was very surprised to open her new ipod from all of us...

I even made her a cake....

And Noah helped her blow out the candles...

Barrett and Aimee helped us celebrate too...

Check out this crazy group...

We ended the night by going to the Magical Lights at Lake Lanier but I was too busy looking at the lights to take any pictures...
Happy Birthday Nonna!!!

Feast of St Nick

Last week we celebrated the feast of St Nick. Noah left his shoes by the door and when he woke up, he had a little surprise...

Goofy Barrett

Uncle Barrett put his clothes on Noah...this is what it looked like...

Chuck E Cheese

I found a great coupon for Chuck E Cheese the other day so Noah and I ventured out in the rain and cold to have some pizza and fun...

More indoor play...

Since it has been so cold, the mall is a great place to play.

A Wonderful Surprise...

The day of my birthday, Leigh Anne, one of my favorite people (who happens to be one of my teens) set up a birthday lunch with me and surprised me with having Lauren (another one of my favorite people) sitting at the table when we showed up....it was so wonderful!!!

They had a cake for me and lots of goodies...

I love you girls!!!

The Thirty Something Club

Despite the fact I wanted to skip my birthday this year, it came anyway. I wouldn't have minded just one more year in my 20's but since no one asked me, I turned 30. My Mom made me one of her awesome cakes...

Thanksgiving Week in Florida

The Monday before Thanksgiving we headed to Florida to see the Austins. Granny and Papa just moved to Ocala in a retirement community and we stayed with them in their new place. Noah LOVED driving their golf cart around the neighborhood...

The neighborhood is very kids friendly and had a little playground for the grandkids when they come and visit...we took many trips up there...

Here Noah is showing off the beautiful fountain...

The Austin Boys...

Aunt Karen, Uncle Steve, and Steph brought Noah an early Christmas gift of golf clubs. Since Granny and Papa live on a golf course, Noah got great use out of them...

More playground fun...

They even have a heated pool and one day it got to 75 degrees so we tried it out. It was pretty cold even though it was heated but Noah and I braved it and swam for a while...

Later in the week, we got a visit from the Halpern's. Chris and Emily just had their 3rd child...baby Bridget!! She is such a cutie...

Noah the basketball champ...

Joshua...he and Noah are the same age...

Chris and Allen...(they have been friends since high school)

Emily and I (we both just turned 30...gosh, we are so young...hehe)
