When life gives you toys...

make drums!!
If you look closely, you will see that Noah has made drums out of his toys. There are even a few old pots placed on the toys to help with the sound and the basketball hoop is the cymbal. Won't Noah be surprised to see what early Christmas present will be here on Friday!! Can you guess what it might be??

A Wonderful Surprise...
The day of my birthday, Leigh Anne, one of my favorite people (who happens to be one of my teens) set up a birthday lunch with me and surprised me with having Lauren (another one of my favorite people) sitting at the table when we showed up....it was so wonderful!!!
They had a cake for me and lots of goodies...

Thanksgiving Week in Florida
The Monday before Thanksgiving we headed to Florida to see the Austins. Granny and Papa just moved to Ocala in a retirement community and we stayed with them in their new place. Noah LOVED driving their golf cart around the neighborhood...
The neighborhood is very kids friendly and had a little playground for the grandkids when they come and visit...we took many trips up there...

Here Noah is showing off the beautiful fountain...

The Austin Boys...

Aunt Karen, Uncle Steve, and Steph brought Noah an early Christmas gift of golf clubs. Since Granny and Papa live on a golf course, Noah got great use out of them...

More playground fun...

They even have a heated pool and one day it got to 75 degrees so we tried it out. It was pretty cold even though it was heated but Noah and I braved it and swam for a while...
