That's No Fair!!!

There are so many things that Noah says that just crack me up. One thing that he must have learned from someone at school (because i don't think Allen or I say it to him at home) is the phrase "that's no fair". First I think it is funny because he doesn't say "that's not fair" but "that's NO fair". I don't know why i find that amusing but I do. Anyway, Noah seems to say that phrase when he doesn't get his way (obviously)...but he also says it where it doesn't make any sense. For example...if i tell him he has to stop playing drums because it is time for dinner I sometimes get a "that's no fair" (with his pouty face and hands on his hip. Sometimes though I get it when i say to him something like we need to run to the grocery store (doesn't make as much sense to me). Today though, I got the opposite and it cracked me up...

Thanks to my friend Bonnie, I found this great new kids consignment store near my work and i stopped in today on my way back to work after having coffee with a friend. I found some extra trucks and cars that go with Noah's "Little People" village so i picked them up. When I picked up Noah from school, i told him I had a surprise waiting for him. He was all excited and when i gave him the bag and he saw all the trucks and cars he gave me a huge smile and said so proudly "Mom, that's so fair"!!
