Music

Today was a rough day at the Austin house. I am not sure what happened to my dear Noah but he was overtaken my some evil monster. When i was trying to get him ready for soccer practice he took a hard plastic juice box holder and threw it at me. It hit my lip causing my lip to swell! Needless to say there were major punishments which will be lasting several days and even more kicking and screaming. Then at soccer he decided to squirt his juice all over me. More punishments and even more kicking and screaming (Bonnie was my witness). I was super ready for an early bedtime tonight since Allen had to work late. Once Noah was asleep I decided I needed a bubble bath...with candles and music! I used to take bubble baths ALL the time to de-stress and hardly ever take them anymore! Sad!!! Well, i realized what a sad product of technology I am because i went to play some music and realized we don't have any sort of music player (other than the computer). So i improvised...i just hooked up my ipod to my arm band that i use when i run and hopped in the tub! My "do NOT run with scissors, do NOT leave candles lit in a room you are not in, do NOT let the gas in the car get below half when you are driving out of town, do NOT use a sharp knife to cut that pumpkin" dad would not have been happy I am sure, so please don't tell him. I recently got rid of my cd player since i never used it anymore but now I wish i hadn't! Bummer! But i DID enjoy my candle lit bubble bath with enya in my ear!
